Rhinoplasty includes surgical applications related to the nose and nose area. During the treatment process, it may be desired to eliminate the existing health problems in the nose or the nose may need to be reshaped. Hook nose can be corrected with nasal surgeries or nasal surgery can be performed to narrow the tip of the nose. All operations such as raising the nasal tip droop, correcting the internal and external curvature of the nose, correcting the width and asymmetry of the nasal base are included in the field of rhinoplasty operations. In addition, breathing difficulties, congenital defects, nasal injuries, damage due to cancer or infection are also diseases that can be solved by rhinoplasty and plastic surgery.
Nose surgeries are primarily performed under general anaesthesia. Depending on the surgical procedure to be performed to the nose, the operation is performed in closed or open technique. Internal mucosal incisions are made in the middle and sides of the nose with the closed technique and the operation is completed without any external incisions. The inner sutures dissolve on their own and do not need to be removed. In the open rhinoplasty technique, the operation is performed with an external incision in the middle of the nose and an inward extension. Stitches are removed approximately 5-7 days after surgery.
Liposuction is the process of taking the fat that has accumulated in some parts of the body, either genetically or due to their diet, and shaping the region. It is often preferred by patients who have a diet history and cannot prevent lubrication. Face, neck, arms, abdomen, back, thighs, thighs and leg areas are the main areas of oil withdrawal. Liposuction can be performed alone in our hospital or in conjunction with abdominal stretching, breast reduction.
In liposuction, small 2-3 mm cuts are opened to the body. Inside these cuts are thin and long pipes called cannulas. The cannulas used remove excess oil from the area. After-treatment patients should use the specially manufactured corals. The duration of use of the corset varies between 4-8 weeks depending on the quantity of oil tissue received. Liposuction is used to eliminate the disproportionality of the body, thus preventing esthetic concerns in the person. The procedure is carried out under general or local anesthesia, depending on the patient's condition and the work carried out together, according to the physician's preference. After-treatment daily activities and return-to-work time vary from 1-3 weeks to the patient's condition. It is recommended that regular exercise and healthy food order be established by doctors to ensure long-term recovery.
One of the most important symptoms of ageing on the face is changes in the eyelids. Eyelid aesthetics is a procedure that is generally performed to correct the sagging skin on the edges of the eyelid and to increase the flattening on the sides.
The muscle tissue in the eyelids becomes thinner with ageing, the fat tissue in the eyelid swells, and the abundance in the skin increases. The upper eyelid drops towards the top of the eye and swelling occur. In the lower eyelid, swelling is observed due to the sagging of the cheeks. In this case, a younger appearance is obtained by performing eyelid aesthetics.
The patient's eyelid is drawn with a pencil to obtain the desired shape. Thanks to the aesthetic incisions made, excess skin and muscle are removed. If there is an increase in the fat tissue, the fat tissue is removed as much as necessary during the same operation, and the operation is completed. Upper eyelid surgery is a painless procedure. When the operation is completed, it is taped in a way that does not prevent vision.
Breasts have a very important place in a woman's physical appearance. Breast augmentation surgeries can significantly affect body image, and a woman who has the surgery can regain self-confidence after surgery. If the desired size cannot be achieved in the previous operation, women may prefer a new operation. Some women also prefer this surgery to correct the size difference between their two breasts.
In breast augmentation operations, implant silicone is commonly used. The breasts, which are realized by placing a silicone prosthesis into the breast, are brought to the desired size. First of all, it should be clearly stated that the silicone used is not carcinogenic. Silicone does not penetrate into any reaction in the body.
Surgery for breast augmentation takes between one and two hours and is performed under general anaesthesia. After the operation, the patient can be discharged on the same day. Edema and bruising are minimal and heal within 10 days. Seam threads that do not leave seam marks and dissolve on their own are used. A return to routine life can be achieved within a few days after surgery.
Breast reduction surgery, which is defined as reduction mammaplasty in medical language, is a preferred surgical method because the breasts are larger than normal and drooping. In addition to reducing genetically large breasts, breast reduction surgery can also be performed to lift sagging breasts after breastfeeding. In addition, this surgical method is used to prevent back and shoulder pain due to the size of the breasts, wounds and infections under the breast.
In breast reduction aesthetics, surgical removal of breast tissue and removal of fat tissue by liposuction are performed. In this way, breasts that are more fit and compatible with body lines are obtained.
Operation is performed under general anaesthesia. It takes about 1 hour on average. If there is breast size caused by fat tissue, a liposuction method can be performed. It can be performed in combination with lift surgery in operations to reduce the breast. In this way, the chest structure is recovered.
The patient is discharged on the same day after breast reduction surgery. The bruises that occur after liposuction completely disappear within 2 to 3 weeks. The patient can return to daily life within 5 days at the latest after the surgery and two weeks later, the recovery will be enough to exercise.
Breast lift surgeries; these are surgeries performed to regain the breast form that has deteriorated as a result of births, weight gain and ageing.
Under general anaesthesia, determined areas are taken from the skin on the sagging breast. The enlargement of the nipple is removed in the same operation. Thus, the person will have younger looking and asymmetrical breasts after the surgery. The surgery takes about 3 hours. The patient may be asked to stay in the center for one day.
You may be asked to stay in the center one night after the surgery. No intense pain is observed after the operation. A bandage covering the anterior part of the breast is performed for three days after the operation. After the bandage, the patient should use a sports bra. In the first month, the patient should pay attention to her bodily movements and avoid strenuous activities. At the end of the first month, the patient's new breast shape begins to settle. The breast shape of the patient will be completely finalized within 6 to 1 year.
Gynecomastia is the name given to abnormal but benign growth in the amount of breast tissue in men due to an imbalance of estrogen and testosterone hormones. Gynecomastia may affect one breast in some cases and both breasts in some cases. Both breasts may be affected irregularly and reach different sizes.
Before the gynecomastia surgery, the most suitable breast form is decided according to the planning and examinations made with the patient. There are two different aesthetic intervention approaches, open surgery and liposuction, depending on the nature of breast enlargement in the patient.
If the growth in the breast is moderate or advanced, the open surgery method is performed. Gynecomastia is performed under general anesthesia and takes about 2 hours. Excess tissue is removed through tiny incisions in the breast area. If the sagging is severe, skin tissue is taken. The surgery is completed by closing the incisions with a non-marking aesthetic suture.
If the growth in the breast is not advanced, the excess tissue is removed by penetrating under the arm or breast with the Liposuction method. Surgery performed under local anesthesia takes 30 to 90 minutes.
Arm lift and thinning aesthetic surgeries are performed to eliminate sagging in the arms as a result of aging, genetic factors or rapid weight gain and loss. The main common request of patients is that the arms are not saggy and the arms do not look bad.
Excess fat tissue and excess skin are removed from the arms with arm lift and thinning surgery, making the arms look healthier and more aesthetic. The surgery, performed under general anesthesia, consists of three stages: Liposuction (removal of fat), removal of excess skin and tightening of the subcutaneous tissue, tightening of the skin and suturing it again.
The operation takes approximately 2 to 4 hours. The patient may be asked to stay in the center overnight. The incisions opened during the surgery are closed with hidden sutures. According to skin structure, age and living habits, traces will disappear as time passes. Incision scars begin to recover after 1 month and completely disappear after 1 year.
All surgical applications in the hip area due to aesthetic concerns are called butt (hip) aesthetics. The goal in butt aesthetics; is to have an upright and straight butt. In this aesthetic application, a fit appearance is obtained by removing the excess in the waist or hip area.
Traditional practices in butt aesthetic surgeries focus on soft tissue and use the fat transfer method. Another preferred method in butt aesthetics is plastic surgery performed with silicone butt prostheses. In these surgeries, similar silicone prostheses used in breast augmentation surgeries are used. This creates a more natural appearance and feel on the hip.
Hip aesthetic operations can be listed as follows:
Application with Fat Injection: Fat is removed from the hips, waist and lower parts of the butt with this method, known as liposuction, and thus a smooth appearance is obtained.
Butt Silicone: If liposuction is insufficient, this method is used this time. The aim is to make the hip become more upright.
Butt Lift: This method is performed to women who were overweight before and then became weaker. The main purpose of the application of this method is to eliminate the excess skin caused by the weight lost.
Which of these operations performed with different methods will be performed depends on the condition of the person who will have the operation and the decision of the doctor.
After hip aesthetic surgery, patients usually do not need to stay in the center and can return home within the same day. The sutures made during the operation are usually under the skin. Therefore, there is no need to remove the sutures. It is recommended to use a corset for the first three weeks after the operation. Average recovery time is 6 weeks.
One of the treatment methods that have started to be performed as a result of the developments in medicine in recent years is tummy tuck surgeries. Both women and men apply to abdominal aesthetic applications, especially women frequently apply after the pregnancy period. As a result of the loosening of the connective tissue in the abdominal wall after pregnancy; An undesirable appearance occurs with the abdominal wall protruding forward and the formation of cracks in the abdomen. It may not be possible to destroy this image and regain the old appearance of the abdominal area with methods such as sports and diet that the person will apply by herself. In tummy tuck surgery, which solves this problem with a single operation, the loosened and sagging abdominal skin is recovered and the excess fat concentrated in this area is removed, allowing the person to have a flat stomach in a short time.
Before tummy tuck surgery, the degree of sagging and the amount of fat in the abdominal area of the person are determined. The duration of the operation changes between 2 - 3 hours. The lubrication and loosened skin that causes the appearance of bagels in the abdomen are surgically removed.
It may be necessary to stay in the center for 1 to 3 days after the surgery. The patient can be returned to work within 2 to 4 weeks. The full recovery period changes from 9 to 1 year. If you adopt a balanced diet and regular exercise as a lifestyle, the effects of the operation will be seen much faster and longer.
Genital aesthetic interventions are all of the aesthetic methods used in the removal of congenital or congenital deformities in the genital area.
Deformities in the genital area often create a lack of self-confidence. In addition, it can negatively affect the sexual life and daily life of the woman.
Genital area aesthetics transforms the genital muscles into their best form by narrowing and reshaping the size of the vagina. Labiaplasty or perineoplasty are aesthetic procedures for the external appearance of the vagina. Vaginoplasty is surgical applications for the internal structure of the vagina.
Although many procedures are performed within the scope of genital aesthetics, the most frequently performed procedures are; includes vaginal tightening, labia minora reduction, clitoral valve reduction and vaginoplasty.
Vaginoplasty: The vagina may enlarge as a result of reasons such as advancing age, normal birth, sexual intercourse, curetage and similar interventions. Vaginal tightening surgery, also known as vaginoplasty, is performed to restore the vagina to its former tightness. In practice; Mucous and muscle tissue is removed from the posterior wall of the vagina and sutured again. Thus, the vaginal canal is narrowed. The patient can return to her daily life a few days after the procedure. After the procedure, sexual abstinence should be applied for about 4 weeks.
Labioplasti: Inner lips called labium minor, which are usually congenital or grow with puberty, droop and become irregular, look aesthetically bad, but take an uncomfortable form especially when sitting. Sometimes, one part of the lip, called labial asymmetry, may be longer or have a different structure than the other. The surgical correction of these conditions is called labioplasty.
It is possible to correct these deformations with appropriate surgical approaches. After these interventions, which can be performed under local anesthesia or sedation, a 4-week sexual abstinence is applied. At the end of 4 weeks, there is no surgical scar in the patient.
Clitoral Hudoplasty: The clitoris is an organ with sexual pleasure and orgasm function in women. In some women, the excess tissue in the inner lips, especially called "labium minus", reaches up to the clitoris. Excess tissue is surgically removed with clitoral hudoplasty applications.
Episiotomy Scar Repair: The "episio" or "birth incision" made in normal birth may not recover well in some cases. In this case, bad-looking birth sutures may cause some problems in women's sexual life and may cause problems in terms of genital aesthetic appearance. Correction and deletion of birth suture scars can be performed with surgical and non-surgical methods.
Perineoplasty: The perineum is the name given to the area between the vaginal penetration and the anus. Perineoplasty is the operation of aesthetic correction of the perineum. It is generally performed simultaneously with vaginal tightening.
Inflammation and opening of episio stitches placed during the birth, difficult and traumatic births, births at home are the biggest causes of perineal tears and their bad appearance. With perineoplasty, poorly healed birthmarks (episiotomy scars) that have healed by leaving a depression or swelling can be removed, better aesthetic appearance can be obtained. Thus, the bad appearance due to old traces will be completely removed.
Hymenoplasty: Hymenoplasty is the process of repairing the damaged or torn hymen with the help of surgical intervention. The suturing of the hymen can be performed with simple surgical methods under local anesthesia and the patient can be discharged within 1-2 hours following the operation.
Puboplasty/Venus Hill:The pubis or bikini area is the triangular genital area covered with hairs, extending from the bottom of the pubic area to the upper part of the clitoris. It is rich in subcutaneous fat layer. The fact that the pubis area is more puffy and voluminous than normal can cause aesthetic problems in women (especially because it becomes apparent from the outside when wearing tights, bikinis, tight trousers). Pubic aesthetic operations (puboplasty) are generally performed by removing fat from this area with liposuction. Thus, that area can be reduced to a more aesthetically pleasing appearance.
The upper part of the legs loses its tension due to weight gain, aging, childbirth, and loosening and sagging occur in the inner thighs. If you want to get rid of these sagging and irregularities, thigh lift surgeries are the right option.
The surgery, which is performed with liposuction and / or surgical removal of sagging tissues, takes 1-2 hours under general anesthesia.
Before surgery, the sagging should be graded. It is necessary to measure the amount of fat in the legs, as well as to measure the sagging and inform the patient about the incision area. In leg lift surgery, suture scars usually remain in the leg and extend towards the pubic area. In this way, no seam marks are observed when looked from the outside. Exercise restriction is required for up to 4 weeks, it is returned to daily life within 1 week.
